Eastern Free State

Vinkie has toured in the mountainous area of the Eastern Free State and this is what he found.

We stayed in a caravan park in a small town called Memel where we did day trips into various scenery spots around the town and neighboring mountains.

This giant looks like he may have lost his head.

These pictures shows a lovely example of what nature can provide in the mountains. Here we almost got lost as the road turned out to be a dead end. But Vinkie did not mind.
