Chloorkop Quarry

Playground for the not so faint-hearted

Here at the Quarry just outside of Kempton Park, Gauteng is a big hole that has been dug out to supply road building sand. It has been left as is and is now a playground for those of us who like it. Vinkie visits this place from time to time with his pals. Check it out.

But like a true 4-wheeler a gateway to pleasure has been found again.

This guy was not to keen on scratching his vehicle too much (or was it his wife who was not so keen). Pieter du Toit with his Ford TDi. Not a happy chappy in water.

A friend negotiating a steep climb out of a big hole with his 1984 Hilux 4x4 2.2 petrol. And down again with a different route.
